The hotel has great infrastructure and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed their cleanliness and the hot water availability in the room. The location is also quite peaceful and away from the chaos of the city.

The hotel could do better to improve their service level and professionalism. Some staff members seemed untrained and amateur, and there were some noise disturbances during the night.

The hotel experience was amazing! the staff was friendly and attentive to all my needs. the room was clean and comfortable. the hot water availability was fantastic. the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was in close proximity to all of my meetings. the hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was very convenient, and the breakfast served was delicious!

There were some negative aspects that I did not like. the hotel did not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste which is something that could easily be improved.
